🚲 Ride Your Bike

Pomona North Station has:

  • Bike racks: A place to lock up your bike (bring your own lock)

You can bring your bike on the Metro A Line trains. However, very large (two-person), three-wheeled, and fuel-powered bikes are not allowed. To bring your bike on the train:

  1. Walk your bike on the station platforms.
  2. Look for the train doors that have a sticker with a bike icon.
  3. Get on the train only at these doors.
  4. Stand with your bike in the train area with a sticker with a bike icon.

🚌Take a Foothill Transit Bus

These Foothill Transit bus routes get you to and from Pomona North Station:

  • Line 197 (Pomona Transit Center – Claremont – Montclair Transit Center)
    • The bus stop is at N. Garey Ave and Arrow Hwy. (walk three blocks south of the station on N Garey Ave.).
  • Line 291 (La Verne – Pomona via Garey Ave)
    • The bus stop for southbound buses is in the Pomona North Metro parking lot.
    • The bus stop for northbound buses is at Garey Ave and Bonita Ave N (walk one-two blocks north on N Garey Ave.).
  • Line 492 (El Monte Station — Arcadia — Montclair Transit Center via Arrow Hwy)
    • The bus stop is at Garey Ave and Bonita Ave N (walk one-two blocks north on N Garey Ave.).
